By accessing or using Ivy / FootballPredictor ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Ivy is a statistical analysis platform that uses mathematical models (Poisson distribution, ELO ratings, Monte Carlo simulation, and historical match data) to generate probability estimates for football match outcomes. Coverage includes the top 5 European leagues and all major international tournaments including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

• Our predictions are statistical estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.
• The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• Ivy is not a gambling service and does not accept wagers or bets.
• We do not endorse or encourage gambling of any kind.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using an email and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@footballpredictor.app
• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our prediction models or algorithms
• Use the Service in connection with any form of illegal gambling
• Resell or redistribute predictions without our written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier prediction limits

Ivy offers a Free tier (1 prediction per day) and a Pro plan at $4.99/month, billed via PayPal.

• The Pro plan grants unlimited predictions, full WC2026 bracket and fixture access, and confidence scores
• Subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment granting 30 days of Pro access
• You may purchase again at any time to extend your access
• We do not offer refunds for unused periods once access has been granted
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal; we do not store card or payment details

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails necessary to operate the Service (password resets, account notifications). These cannot be opted out while your account is active.

If you opt in during registration, we will also send the weekly Ivy digest ("Ivy's Top Picks This Week"). This is entirely voluntary and you may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in every digest email, with no effect on your account access.

The Service, including its prediction models, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by FootballPredictor and protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Prediction output may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of our models or outputs requires written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Football predictions are inherently uncertain. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results. We make no representations about the completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service at any given time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FootballPredictor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses resulting from reliance on our predictions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at support@footballpredictor.app.
